(More customer reviews)... because you'll be back again and again and again to buy more nuts. I've tried five or six recipes so far and they are all great... imaginative and easy. But I'd suggest doubling them, because they don't last. I made what I thought was an entire weekend's supply of chipotle almonds and vanilla walnuts for a camping trip, and they were gone by the end of the first night. The author suggests giving some party nuts as gifts, which is a great idea. I think a copy of the book and a box of pecans au poivre will be my holiday standard this year.
