On a daily basis he takes Phentermine, Meridia, Alli (so he can poop)and Straterra which is an ADD medication. He is diabetic and doesn't eat breakfast and recommends not eating breakfast and starts the day with a Diet coke. One artificial sweetners stimulate the appetite and make your body want something sweet so you crave sweets. He is preaching all the wrong info and he is a Dr! I am glad I only paid $14 for this, don't waste your money. Eat balanced, take Phen only, its enough by itself.
