(More customer reviews)I am not a gourmet cook. I like recipes without exotic ingredients and complicated processes. But I also like food that tastes GOOD. This book has it covered! If you're looking for ways to get more coconut products into your diet, this book is the one to do it. I've bought a number of other books with that purpose in mind, but the recipes called for ingredients I'd never heard of and couldn't find even in health food stores. Just as Bruce Fife has made complicated concepts on nutrition easy to understand in his other books, so he has made cooking with coconut easy for those of us who are not skilled in culinary arts. Thank you, Bruce Fife.
